Mentally healthy & well
Impact Change Health & Wellness
Nutrition Services
…for optimal Mental Health and Wellness.
Impact Change Health & Wellness offers a unique client-centred approach to creating and maintaining optimum mental health. We aim to treat the whole person and believe that good mental health involves a balance between an individual’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When we are in balance across these areas, we look good, feel good and have optimal energy to live a vibrant life.
We design specific individualised programs and tailor Nutrition and Mental Wellness plans for adults according to individual needs and preferences. We acknowledge that everyone is unique, and this is reflected in their personalised Nutrition and Mental Wellness plan. This plan includes educational tools and skills, supplement advice, recipes and a shopping list to make meal planning and preparing easier! You will also receive ongoing individualised support and accountability.
It’s not just a regular nutrition plan, it’s a lifestyle plan aimed at boosting your overall mental health.
We offer two types of services
Preventative Mental Health Services
These are services tailored to those who are not currently experiencing any mental health issues but would like to learn how to manage stress, fatigue, every-day emotions and optimise their overall wellbeing.
You may never have suffered from a mental health condition before but feel that the stress and pressures of everyday life are starting to weigh you down.
We start off with a comprehensive assessment of your current mental health needs and develop a unique structured Nutrition and Mental Wellness plan. These plans include both nutritional and psychological strategies and encompass areas such as life balance, healthy eating strategies, stress reducing activities and a guide to how to be authentic and thrive in everything you do!
Restorative Mental Health Services
These are more comprehensive services for those who are currently experiencing mental health issues and would like an easy-to-follow plan developed to enhance their overall mental health and well-being, whilst managing their current mental health issue. These strategies are aimed at allowing your body to heal and function well.
The Process
1. Pre-consultation questionnaire
Prior to your appointment, you’ll complete a Food & Emotions diary and pre-consultation questionnaire.
2. Analysis
We perform a detailed analysis of your food diary to identify specific nutrient and/or lifestyle gaps
3. Initial assessment
This session is an in-depth assessment which takes about 90 minutes. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of what has brought you to the clinic for a nutrition consult, you will be asked specific questions about your health concerns, lifestyle and explore current and past heath concerns. We also address, stress, sleep and life balance and set realistic goals.
4. The Nutrition and Mental Wellness plan
We will collaboratively develop a plan that’s motivating and achievable and tailored to your individual requirements.
5. Follow-ups
We will then follow up with a one-hour consultation to see how you are going and a further half hour consultation a little further down the track.

Eat nuts!
We all like to snack every now and again, but what is a good snack to snack on? Perhaps nuts could be the healthy snack that you are looking for. Nuts are good for your mental health too! I must exercise caution here first; nuts are high in fat, so moderation is best. Fortunately, though,…

A pound of ….Chocolate?
I once heard on the news of a French lady who had lived to well over 100. When asked what the secret to her longevity was, she laughed and said that she eats a pound of chocolate per week (now I can’t remember exactly what the measurement was, but I remember thinking whoa, that’s a…
