Most people experience difficulties or challenges at some point in their lives. You may be feeling overwhelmed, confused, alone, fearful or disconnected from the people or activities that are important to you. You may be struggling at work or might be feeling stressed out and unable to cope. You may feel dissatisfied in general and can’t figure out why.

Perhaps you have recently experienced a trauma or were the victim of childhood trauma and abuse. You may be struggling with the death of a loved one or the breakdown of a relationship.

Why see us?

There are many reasons why people seek counselling. They may be referred by their GP or another health professional, they may simply wish to work through a specific issue or problem, or they may seek therapy for self-improvement, to improve a relationship, become a better parent, a better employee, become more confident and assertive, set goals or achieve an optimal state of wellness. Sometimes you may simply just wish to come and have a chat.

Whatever category you fall into, at Impact Change we will tailor a counselling plan that is unique to you. We seek to identify the limiting beliefs; fears and past traumas which may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

“Sometimes in the midst of pain or trauma it can be difficult to think that things can change.
However, it is possible and many have turned their suffering into a powerful testimony.”
