Adele Eldridge (Principal Psychologist)
Adele is a fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Psychology (Applied) from the University of NSW. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Adele specialises in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma. She has counselled many clients both adults and children who have been the victims of violent crimes and those who have experienced physical, emotional, sexual abuse, domestic violence and relationship breakdown. She has assisted many clients in the recovery from the trauma associated with chronic pain, accidents and illness.
She has a specific interest in chronic pain conditions including myofascial pain and chronic fatigue syndrome. Adele also has a keen interest in spiritual issues including finding personal direction and meaning in life.
